How to Ask a Question or get Help
We are getting over 400 hits a month on this site and lots of people are asking questions about the Aero Cruisers. Mostly they are people interested in purchasing an Aero Cruiser and concerned about maintaining a used motorhome. I have been answering the questions sent to me via e-mail but it's getting to be quite active with two to three questions a week. Because a lot of the questions are repetitive you should check out our Frequently Asked Questions page first. If you don't find an answer there we have set up a Group on Yahoo for Questions called "Aero Cruiser Help".

You can post your questions there and get responses from different members of the Aero Cruiser Club who follow the web site. To post your messages you need to sign up for a Yahoo ID if you don't have one. If you don't sign up you can still read all of the posted messages at the Help site by clicking here.

If for some reason you don't want to sign up and you did not find the answer to your question on the "Aero Cruiser Help" web site, you can still send a message to me directly by clicking here. However, I will probably post it on the "Aero Cruiser Help" web site along with my reply, but you can help me by posting it there yourself.

It's easy to sign up for the "Aero Cruiser Help" Club

  1. If you have a Yahoo ID then you can use it; otherwise, sign up for one when you try to join the club.
  2. It's a public site so you don't have to be invited. It only takes a minute so give it a try.
    1. Click on this link to get started.
    2. You will enter the web site as a "Guest". Click on "Join this Club" or "Click here to log in" in the upper right hand corner if the page.  After you return from "logging in" you will see the "Join this Club" message.
    3. Fill out the short four step form and make sure you check the box in step 3 to have each message sent to your e-mail address -- if you want. Then you don't even have to go to the site to see when a message is posted.
    4. That's all there is to it.
  3. You can return to the "Aero Cruiser Help" web site later by clicking here.  If you want to bring the Help site up in a separate window, hold down the shift key when you click on the link above.

Thanks and keep on cruisin'. Tom Heald - Club Webmaster
